Picking the Right Team

You are making the right decision to start your own business and be your own boss.  Congratulations!

Items to Help You Get Started Immediately

1. Watch the video, The Avon Opportunity https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ok4sBntxa1w&feature=youtu.be  Play it for your friends as well, it is never too early to start your own team and learn this business together.

2. When you start your business through my online link, Avon will send you your kit.  BUT once you pay your $15, and register at myavon.com you can get Started Now without waiting for Your Avon Kit!

3.  Once I am notified by Avon that you have self-appointed, I will call you so we can discuss getting your business started both the one you do in person and the one you do online.

4.  When you pay your $15 fee online and are appointed, you can set up your online estore and have it open for business while you are waiting for the delivery of Your Avon Kit which will include 10 brochures for the current campaign that you are starting in and 10 brochures for the next campaign. Your kit should also include a What's New brochure for each campaign and 1 order book.

5.  When you sign up, you get the $15 kit.  You also have the option to purchase 2 booster kits during your first 5 campaigns.  These are OPTIONAL but you get a lot of "bang" for the money spent and the money you spend on the booster kit(s) do count towards your sales for any incentives you are working on.  Avon has revamped these kits -- so the information I have here is for the OLD kits (for your research purpose) Deluxe Avon Starter Kit link to a video about the Deluxe kit -- http://webinars.youravon.com/vids/welcome/Deluxe_Starter_Kit_Video_852x480_en.mp4 . There is also a $35 business booster kit. 

6.  Avon does not mail out everything all at once across the United States.  They have split the US into Districts and areas and mailing areas.  My area in Northern Alabama is RPS 5 (Lime. Because we are now allowed to appoint new Avon Representatives across district lines, you may have a different RPS.

7.  For your first order as an Avon Representative, you have a special offer that you can share with your first customers -- the Daily Care Collection -- care from head to toe:  6 products for $19.99.  2 in 1 Shampoo, Signature Silk shower gel, Signature Silk creamy body wash, Signature Silk ultra moisturizing body lotion, Intensive Healing hand cream, and Foot Works intensive moisture foot cream.  If you sell 5 of these collections and keep 1 for yourself, you've met the requirement for your first $100 incentive (our current incentive program for representatives) (see #10 below).
